What are some clues that a chemical reaction is taking place?
-smoke
-light
-heat
-strange odors
-color changes

All you need is vinegar and salt!  (add a little baking soda to the solution and watch it FIZZ!)

What are chemical properties of matter?
-ability to burn (fire)
-abilty to make bubbles (create gas)
-ability to change color (rust, tarnish, etc)
