Sock Puppet Videos

During small group reading, one group read the book The Mysterious Ms. Martin.
In this realistic fiction book, Hao and Lan are convinced their neighbor Ms. Martin is up to something suspicious. While reading this book, we compared and contrasted the main characters, and we considered which on we would prefer to have as a friend.
We made a "sock puppet" video to explain who we would want to be friends with and why. (Please keep in mind this was our first time using this app - it may not be perfect)

In this story, the main character, June, doesn't fit in at school. The other kids call her June the Spoon. They think she's weird. One day June secretly decides to be ordinary. Along the way June makes a new friend, Robyn.
