Mass of a body is a measure of how much matter it contains
Weight is a measure of the pull of GRAVITY between you and the body you are standing on.

On the last issue of Miss Liefer's Classroom News Bulletin:

It talked about “Hats on for Veterans(Student council sponsors this event.  Wear a hat and pay $2.  Money will go to help support “Honor Flight”)

This event was scheduled for Friday, BUT it is going to be cancelled and rescheduled for a date in January!
